About Us

The NoYa Foundation is a youth-centered nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing creativity, compassion, and community empowerment. Our mission is to amplify underrepresented voices and provide equitable access to the arts, education, and wellness resources for underserved communities.

At NoYa, we believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to dream boldly and express themselves freely—regardless of their background or socioeconomic status. Through innovative programs like our pilot program, Art Beats for Change, community partnerships, and student-led initiatives,

we foster spaces where creativity meets purpose and where service becomes a way of life.

Rooted in the belief that change starts with heart, the NoYa Foundation is committed to building a more just, inspired, and connected world—one young voice at a time.

Elise is driven by a deep curiosity about people and stories. As part of the Phoenix Explorer podcast, she uses her voice to spotlight meaningful conversations that connect the community. Her passion for education and the arts shapes much of what she does: from exploring how creative expression builds empathy to helping others find confidence through storytelling.

Beyond school, Elise volunteers with migrant domestic workers, supporting language learning and communication skills. The experience has strengthened her belief that media can be a tool for understanding and social change. Looking ahead, she hopes to pursue a career in media and communications, creating work that informs, inspires, and builds bridges between communities.
